Dennis Quaid Likes the Commotion of Kids

Dennis Quaid recently announced that he was expecting twins - a boy and a girl - via a gestational carrier. He talked about his upcoming arrivals at the 5th Annual Dennis Quaid Charity Weekend in Austin, Texas.

He says, "I've wanted more kids for a long, long time. I like the commotion. I'm over the moon."
