When celeb kid Kelly Osbourne hit the red carpet at the Emmy Awards in a form-fitting black dress, she wowed the world with her slimmer than ever curves.

What's the secret behind her trimmer physique?  A lot of hard work and cardio!

"Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” she tells People magazine.  “My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”

The new panelist for E!'s Fashion Police tries to visit the gym at least four times a week.
