Dennis Quaid, whose newborn twins Zoe and Boone were hospitalized after a medication error at Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai hospital last year, says that "everyone is doing great." The biggest problem facing him and his wife Kimberly is sleep depravation."The kids are fantastic and really healthy and happy kids," the actor said at press event in Santa Monica for his new action thriller, Vantage Point.
"I've just been sleep-deprived…Last night, was the first night they slept all the way through the night, from 7:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.," he added.
Quaid, 53, says that fastherhood is a little easier the second time around. The actor has a son Jack Henry, 15, with ex-wife Meg Ryan.
"Well I don't know if it's better but it's a lot easier," he said. "It's easier in the sense that … when the first one comes along you worry about everything. The second ones come along, 'Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah that's fine, seen that, done that'... You're a little more relaxed about it. But with two, you need another arm."
