It's a Grey's Anatomy Baby Boom!

Expectant Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo shows off her growing baby bump as she returned home from a visiting with co-star Katherine Heigl and her new daughter Naleigh, 10 months. Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley brought home their adopted daughter this weekend.

Former co-star T.R. Knight also stopped by to visit the happy family earlier this morning.
