Actor Tim Allen and his wife Jane have welcomed a daughter. Elizabeth Allen arrived Saturday in Los Angeles and weighed in at 5 lbs., 13 oz.This is the second child for Allen, 55, and the first for Jane. He has a 19-year-old daughter, Katherine, from his previous marriage.
