Gwyneth Paltrow attended two parties on Tuesday. The evening included a birthday bash for two-year-old son Moses before she dressed up and headed to the Breast Cancer Foundation's annual spring gala.
"It's so exciting," Paltrow gushed. "We had a little birthday party at 5 p.m. – a little dinner for all of his New York friends."
Although the later party was held at the Waldorf Astoria, Moses' party location was a little more low-key. "A Mexican restaurant," she said. "He loves guacamole."
The rest of the festivities are on hold until dad, Chris Martin, gets home. "His daddy is in London," Paltrow said. "So we're going to do presents when we can all be together."
The busy mom of two (daughter Apple turns four next month) is in awe at how quickly the time has gone by.
"[He's] not so little anymore," she said. "He doesn't like a stroller anymore, he doesn't like a highchair. He likes his independence."
