Page Six is reporting that Britney Spears is planning to sue photographer Dani Brubaker. Brubaker, who took portraits of Spears and her sons Sean and Jayden, which recently appeared in OK! Magazine. Brubaker reportedly shot the family photos is November and sold them to the tabloid for a reported fee of "one million dollars."
The photos were meant to be part of Britney's personal collection and there are numerous emails and text messages that explicitly state the pictures were not to be made public. For Brubaker's part, she claims she never signed a confidentiality agreement in regards to the pictures.
