Former Survivor star Jonny Fairplay and his fiancée, America's Next Top Model contestant Michelle Deighton, have welcomed a daughter named Piper Addison. Fairplay is set to appear on Survivor: Micronesia, which features the shows fans vs. veteran favorites edition, which makes its debut on Feb. 7.
