Nancy Grace is expecting to be able to take her daughter, Lucy Elizabeth, home from the hospital on Sunday. Lucy's twin twin brother John David was released to go home on Thursday.According to her rep Patty Caruso, Grace "is thrilled" at her daughter's progress. "She is over four pounds and doing extremely well. Nancy is so happy to have both her children home with her," says Caruso.
The twins made an early entrance on November 4 after Grace suffered a pulmonary edema during pregnancy and developed fluid in her lungs which prompted doctors to perform a C-section.
