It's official! Brandy will not be returning for the second season of America's Got Talent. The R&B singer has been replaced by Sharon Osbourne."Brandy has enjoyed her association with the program," said the singer's rep, Courtney Barnes. "However, she felt she couldn't give the new season the attention and commitment it deserved."
Brandy is currently facing a possible misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge as well as two wrongful death lawsuits stemming from a fatal Dec. 30 crash in Los Angeles in which one person was killed.
The show returned for its second season on May 29 and will feature Osbourne alongside judges David Hasselhoff and Piers Morgan. The NBC show will be hosted by Jerry Springer.
