The director of Vietnam's Ministry of Justice's International Adoption Department, has reportedly confirmed that Angelina Jolie's adoption application is being fast-tracked and the actress may be approved as early as May. The rapid speed is due to her selection of the child in a previous visit to Ho Chi Minh City.Vu Duc Long says, "She might receive her adoptive child in three months, one month earlier than the normal time frame for an adoption. He is between four and five and now stays at the Tam Binh orphanage."
