Courteney Cox turned down the option to hire a body double to film the racy sex scenes on her new show, Dirt, because she's content with the way her body looks.She said, "I'm not a little girl anymore. I'm a woman. I was really nervous at first about exposing myself. It was like, 'You know what? I'm not going to get a body double. I'm going to be who I am.' That was a big change!"
