It was only a matter of time, but Anna Nicole Smith and TrimSpa Inc. have officially been sued in a class-action lawsuit that alleges alleging that the marketing of the TrimSpa weight loss product is false and misleading.
The suit asks for unspecified damages, restitution and an injunction preventing Smith and New Jersey-based TrimSpa, maker of TrimSpa X32, from making any claim that users of the product can lose substantial amounts of weight.
Smith is the spokeswoman for the Trimspa prodcut.
