James Brown Leaves 5-year-old Son Out of Will

The five-year-old son of James Brown was not included in the will that was read to the singer's family on Thursday, according to the late Brown's lawyers.

The will does include the six of Brown's children, but leaves out five year old James Jr - his son with partner Tomi Rae Hynie.

The will has not yet been filed in probate court.

Hynie and her son have been locked out of the Brown home since the day after his death and she questions when this particular will was executed.
