Madonna headed to the gym yesterday sporting bruise on her cheek that she received in a run-in with the paparazzi upon her arrizal at Heathrow airport. She was carrying baby David at the time of the incident. "She had the baby in her arms when it happened," says a source. "When she landed in London, there was a lot of pushing and shoving. She was jostled around. She got hit in the paparazzi's commotion."
The baby was not injured.
