Maggie Gyllenhaal and fiance Peter Sarsgaard have purchased a four-story brownstone in Brooklyn. The 3,600 square foot Park Slope house, which was listed for $1.75 million, boasts seven marble mantels and a grand parlor with floor-to-ceiling windows. The pair join fellow actors Heath Ledger and Michelle William in the NY up-and-coming borough.
This is so funny to me. I lived in Park Slope 10 years ago - right out of college, and it was cool then. BEFORE Hollywood discovered it! I bet it's a much different place now.
