New parents Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have settled their lawsuit against Gawker Media.

The couple, who welcomed daughter Billie in March, filed the $1 million lawsuit after a personal video was poste d on one of the company's popular websites last year.

Neither side is talking, but the settlement is estimated to be in the low-six figures. The media company also agreed to remove the video from their sites.

Of the resolution, Gawker COO Gaby Darbyshire has released a statement saying, “Although we are confident that our use of the video on Gawker was protected fair use, because the posts already had been available to our readers for nearly a year, and because we already had won an important decision from the court striking large parts of the plaintiffs’ damages claims, we agreed to remove the posts as part of a global settlement to avoid the burden of further litigation."
