Jennifer Lopez has a brand new block!  The soon-to-be single songstress has snagged a fabulous new home in the Hamptons.

The 14,000-square-foot house sits on a 2-acre property in the exclusive Water Mill area.  It comes with seven bedrooms, nine and a half baths, and a private dock with waterfront views.  The price tag for Jenny's new dream home?  A mere $18 million.

Even with the hefty price tag, the place sounds perfect for J Lo and her twins!

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez Writing the Next Chapter of Their Story

They may not be together as a couple, but Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez are sticking together when it comes to their three-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

"I'm always going to be Daddy," Anthony told ABC News in his first interview since their high profile split in July.  "And they're used to me traveling and Jennifer traveling and, you know, we speak all the time, and try to maintain that presence."


One of the critical keys in maintaining that presence is in his relationship with their mom, Jennifer Lopez. "I think anybody will tell you how I supported her, from day one. I'm really, really happy for her," he says. "We're going to be in each other's lives for many, many, many years, and I'm glad that our friendship is that strong."

That's what an industry source is telling People magazine. The news that Lopez has signed a deal to become a new permanent judge on the show comes on the same day that Ellen DeGeneres announced her decision to leave the show due to intense work schedule.

Lopez previously appeared as a guest mentor on the show in 2007.

The Back-Up Plan: Friday Date Night Fare

Once in a blue moon, my husband and I can enjoy a date night.

Tomorrow is one of those rare occasions and this time I get to pick the movie! Crossing my fingers that Jennifer Lopez's new offering, The Back-Up Plan, lives up to expectations.

The film arrives in theaters tomorrow.

Jennifer Lopez Talks Motherhood and Flabby Bellies

Jennifer Lopez has come to terms with many of the issues that plague working moms after welcoming twins, Emme and Max, in February 2008. This week the icon, who was just named US Weekly's Style Icon of the Decade, talks with the magazine about her life today.

Some highlights:

On her body after baby:
"I remember my flabby belly hanging out right after I gave birth. kind of laughed and said to Marc, 'Look, baby! Isn't this crazy?' I just didn't care."

On her view of her 'belly' today:
T"I look back at pictures from that time, and I'm like 'Oh, god, I was fat. I was still heavy eight months out!'"

On her inspiration to shed 50 pounds and get her famous body back in shape:
"You get to the point where you're like, Where am I? What happened to me? I got to get myself together for my kids, you know? They need to know what I really look like."

On the reality of her body after the babies:
"Before I was always able to fit into sample-size clothes from designers, and now they have to take them out just a bit...It's no big deal."
