Joel Madden spent his first night away from daughter, Harlow, to host a gig as a deejay at Prive Las Vegas on Friday. The new dad agreed to the job when the club offered to donate all of the door proceeds to the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation."It's really hard being away from her. I think after having Harlow we are already in love with being parents," he said. "It's cool to watch Harlow with Nicole because they already have a real special bond. It's cute. I have my own little bond with her too."
For now he says Harlow is "definitely a mama's girl. Right now she needs mom because all she does is eat. I have a feeling that when she starts talking she's going to be a daddy's girl."
The other girl on his mind was Harlow's mom, Nicole Richie. He says, "She's a wonderful mother and she looks really hot already. The girl is gifted, man. Women hate her because she looks good being pregnant and then has the baby and looks sexy. There's something so attractive about her now. It's a motherly glow.
The couple welcomed their daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, on January 11.

I still can't get over Nicole calling her daughter Harlow...I've had harlow picked out for my daughter, but unfortunately had a miscarriage a week b4 Christmas. Hope that no-one thinks I'm copying. Lost a nights sleep over it. Am I over reacting???
