Anna Nicole Smith has one a small legal battle involving the paterntiy of her daught Dannielynn. The DNA test which was originally ordered to be completed by January 23 has now been pushed back to February 7th.Smith's lawyers made the argument that the order made by a California judge could not be enforced upon his Bahamas-based client.
Her lawyer claims, "Notwithstanding anything else that you may hear in the press, this has nothing to do with Anna Nicole refusing to comply with court orders."
