Singers Diana Krall and Elvis Costello welcomed twins boys Wednesday. Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James were born in New York City, according to a rep for the couple, who says, "Mother and sons are doing splendidly." Krall and Costello released a a statement saying, "We are ecstatic!"
The couple were married on Decembe 5, 2003 in London.

When can we expect to see pictures of Dexter and Frank?
