Tobey Maguire is considering hanging up his Spiderman suit permanently after the release of the third movie in the series is released this summer. The actor and his fiance Jennifer Meyer welcomed their daughter, Ruby, ealier this month and he has hinted that this may be a good time to retire from the franchise to keep his schedule open for her.
He says, "This might be a good place to stop - I am not tied contractually to any more Spider-Man movies. I am not completely closed to the idea of another one if it made sense but I would say the odds were in favor of this being the last one."
