Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are putting their differences behind them for the sake of their daughters. The couple were recently photographed attending a local fall festival together with their daughters, Lola and Sam. "When it comes to the welfare of their children, any past drama is history," says Sheen's rep.
A friend of Denise confirms "they're working really hard to be friends and great parents."
They are even opening up for a Hollywood style extended family and included Sheen's girlfriend, Brooke Mueller, on the outing.
"Denise wants her to feel comfortable," says the Richards friend. "She put together a bag with toys for her and the girls along with a card telling her she's glad (Brooke) makes their father so happy."
