Russell Crowe has revealed that he named his son, Tennyson, after the English poet Lord Alfred Tennyson. Crowe and his wife, Danielle Spencer, share a passon for a stanza from one of the poet's early sonnets.
It reads: If I were loved, as I desire to be/What is there in the great sphere of the earth/And range of evil between death and birth/That I should fear, if I were loved by thee? The couple have a two year old son, Charlie, and both boys share the middle name of Spencer.
Crowe, 42, was with Spencer and baby "Tenny" at North Shore Private Hospital yesterday. "Dani's doing great [and] Charlie's very happy," he said.
