Hollywood mom Julia Roberts is spoiling her two kids with proper home-cooked meals every day, after learning how to be a housewife from her own mother Betty Motes. The actress turned her back on acting after giving birth to twins Phinnaeus Walter and Hazel Patricia in 2004. She recently made a brief return to appear in Broadway, New York show Three Days of Rain, but dedicates most of her time to her children with cameraman Danny Moder. Her mom Betty proudly recalls, "One thing I did spoil them with was cooking. "I just loved to bake. That is something Julia must have picked up. She's at that point where she never has to measure anything, which is a sign of a really good cook. "I was watching her prepare pancakes for the kids today. She does it with such ease!"

ReplyDeleteI was going to say the same. No one I know of needs a recipe to fix some pancakes. But I do think it's sweet that she's doing all the cooking herself instead of just hiring a cook or ordering meals in, like so many celebs do.
