Charges Dropped Against Photographer

Prosecutors will not file trespassing charges against a photographer arrested outside a Malibu preschool that Angelina Jolie's son was attending.

There was insufficient evidence to prove that Clint Brewer stepped on school property while trying to photograph 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt, said Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
