Sarah Michelle Gellar Faces the Challenges of a Working Mom

When it comes to explaining our jobs to our children it can get a wee bit difficult.  It's the same for many of the celebrity parents heading back to work with little ones at home.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is facing the challenge of explaining her life as a working mom to her two-year-old daughter Charlotte.  She tells People magazine, "She totally knows what my job is.  My job is to get my hair and makeup done." 

Given the storyline of her hit show, Ringer, it is probably good that Charlotte doesn't understand everything mommy does yet or she might have some major explaining to do!
