This time around he is accused of fraudulently obtaining a driver's license by using his brother's info to get a brand new id. His own license was suspended following a series of driving infractions including a January 2010 DUI charge.
Giudice is facing a maximum of 10 years in prison for the current misappropriation-of-ID charge.
