Chynna Phillips filed divorce from husband Billy Baldwin this morning in Santa Monica. She withdrew the request this afternoon."They're not getting divorced," says her manager Lizzie Grubman. "She filed and withdrew. They are going to work out their issues."
The couple has been married since 1995 and have three children.
