Giuliana and Bill Rancic: It's Now Or Never for Baby!

They're not expecting yet, but Giuliana and Bill Rancic definitely have babies on the brain as the new season of their hit reality show returns for its second season.

The couple experienced a pregnancy scare on their Style Network reality show, Giuliana & Bill, last season, which caused them to realize that they were ready to expand their family.

"When we first thought I was pregnant, we thought, 'Oh, I don't know,'" Giuliana tells Us Weekly. When the home pregnancy turned out negative, the couple talked it out and decided to have a baby.

Once the decision was made, the couple experienced a few problems in their quest to get pregnant.

"I thought we'd get pregnant right away," says Giuliana.
After eight months of trying on their own, the couple have turned to fertility specialists to help make their parenthood dream a reality.

"Their diagnosis: 'You guys are mid- to late-thirties. Sorry,'" she says. "There've been tears."

Her sample size, celebrity svelte body has also caused some issues with the doctors urging her to gain some weight.

While they continue to try to conceive the traditional way, they couple are open to in vitro fertilization next.

"Whatever it takes!" Giuliana proclaims. Bill adds: "It's now or never!"
