Hugh Jackman & Kids Visit the Pumpkin Patch

Hugh Jackman takes a weekend road trip with his kids - Oscar, 9, and Ava, 4 - to pick out pumpkins at Silverman's Animal Farm in Connecticut.

    Aww I love seeing them at the pumpkin patch. Fall is my favorite time of the year and every child should experience the simple things like picking out the best pumpkin. So cute!
