The Jackson family is heading to court today to protect their rights to the custody of Michael Jackson's three children according to the family spokesman.Michael had two children with ex-wife Debbie Rowe --son Prince, 12, and daughter Paris, 11, -- and a third child, Prince Michael II, 7, via a surrogate.
The kids have been staying with Michael's mother, Katherine, at her Encino, California home following their father's death.
