Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller have welcomed twin boys. Sons Bob and Max arrived Saturday in Los Angeles.The twins are the first children for the couple. Sheen has three daughters, Sam, 5, Lola, 3, and Cassandra, 23, from previous relationships.
