The acrimonious divorce of Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon is set to be finalized this week.The former couple came to terms on the last sticking point -- spousal support -- last week. Heche will continue to pay $3,700 / month in child support for their son Homer and share custody with her former husband. She will also pay Laffoon a lump sum of $515,000.
Heche is currently expecting a baby with her Men in Trees co-star, James Tupper.
