Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expecting their second child! The couple announced the news late last night on the Good Charlotte official blog. "What's better than winning an Oscar?" Madden writes. "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!"
He adds: "God has truly blessed my family. Hope you're all feeling as good as I am right now."
The couple are parents to 14-month-old daughter Harlow.
