Gwyneth Paltrow to Pen Cookbook

Gwyneth Paltrow is already an actress, mother, blogger, spokesperson and entrepreneur. Now this busy mom-of-two is adding another title to her credits -- cookbook author.

The book reportedly titled, My Father's Daughter, is scheduled to hit bookstores in Fall 2010. It will feature
"the importance of togetherness at mealtime, emphasising that cooking for your family is the ultimate expression of love."

I'm already a fan of the recipes that she has on her website, Goop, which include healthy, family friendly foods that are relatively easy to cook. All of my kids are big fans of the Asian Tuna Sandwiches which were featured in October.
