Expectant Kelly Rutherford Files for Divorce

Pregnant Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch. She cites irreconcilable differences in her Los Angeles filing.

Rutherford is currently three months pregnant with her second child.

The couple have a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch.
