"He's really, truly into this election," she says of his interest. "He's come to this conclusion on his own based specifically on Barack's gender. It's that deep. He's a fan and a true supporter of Barack Obama."

Aside from politics, Parker is enjoying this post-toddler / pre-teen time with her son.

"Right now he's pretty taken with both myself and my husband. So we'll play blocks with him and he's really into Legos right now and he's really into Star Wars."

She admits, "It's only a matter of time before he doesn't want me around. Honestly, I love to do everything with him as long as he will have me around."

In the papers filed in Los Angeles District Court, she asks for legal and physical custody of the couple's daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. She has also requested that Simmons be allowed "reasonable child visitation... to be accompanied at all time by the children's nanny and security personnel."

The couple announced their separation in March 2006. At that time they admitted that they had already been separated "for some time."

Denise Richards has been divorced from Charlie Sheen since 2006, but she's finally tying up some loose ends from the relationship.

On Friday, Richards requested the family court to legally restore her maiden name from “Denise Sheen.” And over the weekend, she visited a tattoo parlor where she had her “Charlie” tattoo changed into a fairy. The tattoo change was filmed for her upcoming E! series.

Richie is working with “this really talented woman named Shelley Gibbs. She’s an artist and she sketches everything.”

So far the new endeavor is working well with the busy new mom's schedule. She says, “Everyone’s been really mellow and able to work around my schedule. If I need to go feed the baby, I do it.”

Also in her future plans are an infant and children’s wear lines that come out later this year.
