Melissa Joan Hart Talks About Natural Labor and Her Boys

Actress Melissa Joan Hart delivered her second son Braydon last year without any pain medication, and admits that she had some regrets about her decision to labor naturally.

"I told my mom and my husband, don't let me have [the drugs]," she said at the Celebration of Babies to benefit March of Dimes.

"I kinda regret that one," she admits. "But the thing is, the healing was so much faster. I didn't have to get the drugs out of my system and was moving around a lot more."

"I labored at home for 9 hours and then went to the hospital for an hour and a half - two pushes and he was out," she said. "When you're feeling all that, you want to get that out as soon as possible, so you really work. You're like, 'I'm gonna push really hard but I'm only doing it once.'"

Hart has two children with husband Mark Wilkerson -- Braydon, 6-months, and Mason, 3.

"They're just starting to relate to each other a lot," Hart says of the boys. "[Braydon] loves to laugh at his big brother and his brother loves to make him laugh."
