Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed their second child earlier this after via a planned C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.Daughter Stella Doreen McDermott arrived at 3:13 PM this afternoon and weighed in at 6 lbs 8 oz.
This is the second child for the couple joining one-year-old son Liam.
