It's official - Sex definitely does sell. The Sex and the City movie was catapulted to the top spot over the weekend with an unprecedented $55.7 million three day gross according to early estimates.
The record breaking debut makes Sex and the City the top-opening romantic comedy of all time.
This may not be the last we see of Carrie Bradshaw and her friends.
