Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon have reached a settlement agreement in their contentious divorce. The actress will pay her ex-husband a $275,000 lump sum and $3,700 per month in child support for their 6-year-old son, Homer.The actress had been paying her ex $15,000-a-month in support. She notified the court last month that she could no longer pay such a large sum following the cancellation of her ABC show Men in Trees.
Heche will also pay 75 percent of Homer's private school tuition and half of his "agreed-upon extracurricular activities."
