Tina Fey is one hot Hollywood Mama. Not only does she have an award winning sitcom with 30 Rock, the busy working mom hits big screens this month with the film, Baby Mama, in which she stars as a type A career woman who hires a comically crass surrogate (Amy Poehler) to have her baby.
The actress recently sat down with Entertainment Weekly to discuss her projects and becoming the new Teri Garr.
Some highlights:
On fame and living her life:
''They should draw up an equation: What level of fame do you need to achieve to keep doing what you want? Because you don't want any more than that. You don't want someone to take a picture of your butt on the beach.... How do you get to be Christopher Guest? Just live your life, make hilarious movies with your friends, and then go home.''
On being a 'real' woman in Hollywood:
''The person I always think of is Teri Garr. There was a time when Teri Garr was in everything. She was adorable, but also completely real — her body was real, her teeth were real, you felt like she'd be your friend.''
On doing more movies:
''My logical brain plan would be to do more writing for movies because it's a friendlier family lifestyle. But I don't know if I'd be able to stop myself from trying to do TV again.''
