Nicole Richie and Joel Madden brought daughter Harlow out for a walk in Los Angeles Tuesday."She laughs a lot and smiles a lot," Madden said about the 2-month-old at the LA opening of the first DCMA Collective clothing store over the weekend.
"She always wakes up every morning laughing and smiling and it's the best art of my day," he said.
Harlow, he says, "is an angel, and we are really blessed to have such a healthy happy baby. Watching her and Nicole together is really cool."
