Britney Spears reportedly left Cedars-Sinai hospital earlier today. According to ETOnline.com the singer was visited at the hospital by TV therapist Dr. Phil who then accompanied her to a waiting car via an underground tunnel.She reportedly returned to her home where she was welcomed by her family including pregnant sister Jamie Lynne who was later seen exiting the grounds.
