Cate Blanchett Confirms She's Expecting Third Child

Cate Blanchett has confirmed that she is expecting her third child next year. the Sydney Morning Herald.

"Yes, I am," Blanchett confirmed when asked to the Sydney Morning Hearald at the Sydney premiere of her film Elizabeth: The Golden Age.

When asked about rumors of rumors that the baby is boy, Blanchett reportedly responded: "You know more than me. It's early days yet. It's due in April."

The actress and her husband writer-director, Andrew Upton, have two sons: Dashiell John, 5, and Roman Robert, 3.
