Britney Spears may have made a financial settlement with the owner of a car she hit in August, but the popstar was willing to go a step further to make ammends. She offered, through her attorney, to go to the woman's house and make a personal apology for the hit-and-run accident.
But the owner of the car that was damaged, Kim Robard-Rifkin, said that wasn't necessary.
Robard-Rifken tells Access Hollywood that Spears "has way more than enough problems right now."
Instead, Robard-Rifkin agreed to accept Spears's offer to have her car repaired and to provide her with a rental car during the repairs.
