It looks like Foxy Brown won't be giving birth in jail -- apparently she's not even pregnant.Despite her lawyer's contention that the rapper was expecting a baby during a pre-sentencing hearing for her recent probation violations. At the time of the hearing, defense lawyers told the court that Brown was three months pregnant.
Today her manager announced that the rapper will be releasing an album serving her one-year jail sentence.
Along with the album announcement, her manager Chaz Williams said: "And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant."
