They say they're just friends, but alas it looks like Kate Hudson and Dax Shepard may in fact be a new couple.The two were first spotted last month leaving Malibu's Nobu restaurant and now the two are reportedly vacationing together in Ontario, Canada.
Hudson was previously married to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson with whom she has 3-year-old Ryder. She split from Owen Wilson in May of this year.
Shepard is best known for his part in the pranks on the MTV show Punk'd and in small film roles in Employee of the Month and Zathura.
