Britney Spears' former manager, Larry Rudolph, was served subpoena by Kevin Federline's lawyers today, outside of Sunset Tan in West Los Angeles.
Rudolph had been trying to keep a low profile to stay out of the ongoing custody battle between Federline and the pop princess.
Rudolph is the latest in a series of subpoenas issued by Federline's lawyers including Alli Sims, Daimon Shippen, Shannon Funk and an administrator at Promises Treatment Center, where Spears attended a substance abuse rehabilitation program earlier this year.
